Hildred
Tidwell, CFO
Hildred
Tidwell, CFO, was recommended to Rubye Del by her longtime friend and CPA,
Kermit Jones. Kermit told Rubye Del that she and Hildred were so much alike
they would either love or hate each other.
They loved working
together as Kermit suspected they would. Hildred had been an accounting
manager
since 1970 and she teamed up with Rubye Del in 1990 to serve as Chief Financial

Hildred's
natural management ability is reflected in her business philosophy - "The customer is number
one."

when she is not doing that, she is at work striving to meet
each customer's expectations and making sure that they are satisfied

Teresa
Floyd, COO
Teresa
Floyd, COO, was discovered by Rubye Del when she worked for Rubye Del
at The Itawamba
County Times as a high school co-op student.
By the time
she had been there for three months, Rubye Del recognized her let's-get-it-done
attitude and
put her in charge of the mailroom at the newspaper.
When Rubye Del
started SprintPrint, one of the people she wanted on board was Teresa. Teresa started at SprintPrint in 1992
and as the company quickly grew, she was placed on the top management
team where she has remained.
Teresa's
hard work and dedication is one of the main reasons SprintPrint has
grown and prospered. Today Teresa
is completely responsible for operations at SprintPrint including but
not limited to inside sales, production, purchasing and quality control.
"Teresa
is one of the most responsible and dependable people I have ever
known," Rubye Del said. "She has never let me down." That's why
Rubye Del trusts Teresa with SprintPrint's many customers. Teresa and her husband,
Chris, and their daughter, Haley, live in Fulton. |

Jan Pannell, Sales Manager
In
1992, Jan Pannell, Sales Manager, interviewed for the assistant manager
position
at SprintPrint. She didn't get the job.
At the end of
the interview, Rubye Del said to Jan, "I don't want you to work in-house for me. I want you
to sell for me." So Jan became SprintPrint's first outside sales representative. Jan calls on people all over Northeast
Mississippi and does an excellent job of taking care of her customers.
As the company
grew, she was quickly promoted to sales manager. Jan's strengths are
her enjoyment of people, her love of SprintPrint and her
dedication to making sure her customers get exactly what they order
when they need it.
She totally
believes in the company she represents and
it shows. In the business community, Jan is known as, "Miss SprintPrint." That's
because she never misses an opportunity to tell people about our quality
printing and excellent customer service.
Jan and her
husband, John, residents of Blue Springs, MS, have two children, a son,
John Malcolm,
and a daughter,
Sallie Morgan. |
